Beckingham Designs are Bespoke Cabinet Makers based in the Essex countryside near Maldon. We have some of the most skilled cabinet makers and polishers in the area with many years experience.
We produce traditional and contemporary handmade furniture of outstanding quality. Furniture can be free standing or fitted, and made to exact requirements. Our services can range from design through to manufacture and fitting.

What we do…
Cabinet-making is a unique trade that we are very proud to be involved with. We use traditional methods but we’re constantly looking to improve the quality of our work using modern techniques, when appropriate.
Our handmade furniture starts with an idea through to design, and then hand-picking the material. We take great care in matching grain and colour throughout each piece. Furthermore, the choice and knowledge of a finish and how to best apply it, on a handmade piece of furniture, will enhance the beauty of it. Throughout production we are constantly monitoring the quality and standard.
